No. TrackingInk is an independent analytics product and is not affiliated with Amazon, Apple, Google, or any other book marketplace.
Do you store my marketplace credentials?
No. Your password stays with you and never reaches our servers. Only the numbers that draw your dashboard ever leave your device, and they travel encrypted. See the Privacy page for the full list of what we do and don't store.
How often does the dashboard update?
Sync cadence depends on your plan: Free is daily, Starter every 6 hours, Author every 3 hours, Bestseller every 1 hour. Manual refreshes available on all tiers.
Can I track multiple books and pen names?
Yes. The dashboard is designed for catalogs with many titles, formats, marketplaces, and pen names. Bestseller is unlimited.
Does the web dashboard show the same data as the mobile app?
Yes — both surfaces consume the same API. The mobile app drives sync; the web is great for the big-screen review.
