Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that protect TrackingInk, users, marketplaces, providers, and publishing accounts from misuse, abuse, security risk, and unlawful activity.

Authorized use only

You may use TrackingInk only for lawful publishing, analytics, reporting, sync, support, and account-management purposes. You may connect, import, upload, or analyze only accounts, reports, files, titles, reviews, royalties, payout records, and publishing data that you are authorized to access and provide.

Marketplace compliance

You must comply with the rules, terms, policies, rate limits, account-protection requirements, and instructions of Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, and any other marketplace you use. You may not use TrackingInk to bypass marketplace restrictions, evade account reviews, misrepresent activity, or place your publishing accounts at risk.

No security abuse

You may not attack, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, compromise, or attempt unauthorized access to TrackingInk, marketplaces, providers, accounts, APIs, databases, workers, queues, browser extensions, mobile apps, cloud systems, or other users' data.

No unsafe automation

You may not bypass cooldowns, rate limits, signed plans, reauthorization warnings, sync guards, plan limits, manual refresh limits, usage quotas, extension controls, or account-safety checks. You may not run bots, scripts, scrapers, load tests, or automated workflows against TrackingInk except through supported product features or with written permission.

No harmful uploads or content

You may not upload, submit, or transmit malware, exploit code, secrets, raw cookies, access tokens, private keys, passwords, two-factor codes, illegal content, infringing content, deceptive content, harmful instructions, or content that violates another person's rights. Support attachments should be limited to screenshots and files needed to investigate a legitimate issue.

No misuse of AI features

You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or misleading content; to make automated decisions that require professional judgment; to impersonate others; to bypass safety systems; or to reverse engineer models, prompts, or protected product logic.

No fraud or payment abuse

You may not use TrackingInk for payment fraud, subscription abuse, chargeback abuse, trial cycling, fake accounts, resale without permission, plan-limit evasion, unauthorized account sharing, or attempts to obtain paid features without paying.

No interference with service integrity

You may not interfere with logs, metrics, security monitoring, billing records, sync results, support queues, analytics, data pipelines, report generation, alerts, or any system used to operate, secure, audit, or bill the service.

Respect for third-party rights

You may not use TrackingInk to infringe intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, marketplace rights, or other third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that the data and materials you provide may lawfully be processed by TrackingInk.

Reporting abuse

If you believe an account is abusing TrackingInk, violating marketplace rules, exposing sensitive data, or creating security risk, report it through the support page with relevant details, timestamps, screenshots, and account information where safe.

Enforcement

TrackingInk may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, throttle, remove content, revoke access, block sync, require reauthorization, cancel support requests, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify providers, or take other action when an account creates legal, security, marketplace, payment, operational, or reputational risk.
