What TrackingInk provides
TrackingInk provides author intelligence tools for dashboards, imports, sync, reports, alerts, review signals, and AI-assisted insights. TrackingInk helps you understand your publishing business; it does not operate your marketplace accounts, publish your books, set prices, file taxes, manage advertising, or make business decisions for you.
Marketplace independence
TrackingInk is independent and is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, certified, or controlled by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, Apple, Apple Books, Google, Google Play Books, or any other marketplace. You remain responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms and policies.
Account and data responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your TrackingInk account, devices, email, marketplace accounts, passwords, two-factor authentication, browser sessions, and connected data secure. You may connect, import, or upload only accounts, reports, files, reviews, titles, royalties, payout data, and publishing information that you are authorized to access and provide.
Sync is best-effort
Automatic sync, background sync, manual refresh, browser-extension import, report upload, and marketplace data collection are provided on a best-effort basis. We try to run them reliably, but we do not guarantee that any sync or import will start, finish, run at a specific time, capture every row, avoid delays, avoid duplicates, or remain available after marketplace, device, browser, network, app-store, or infrastructure changes.
Data, reports, and AI may contain errors
TrackingInk works to present useful analytics, but dashboards, reports, alerts, exports, AI insights, classifications, review analysis, currency views, payout views, and marketplace data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, stale, inaccurate, or unavailable. Official marketplace reports remain the source you should verify before making publishing, tax, accounting, legal, advertising, or financial decisions.
Subscriptions and plan limits
Paid features may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, another checkout provider, or direct invoice. Plan limits, trial terms, billing, cancellation, renewal, refund, tax, upgrade, and downgrade rules may depend on where you purchased. Some features, platforms, history depth, sync cadence, AI runs, exports, review text, reports, or recipients may be limited by plan.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You may not misuse TrackingInk, bypass safeguards, interfere with sync protections, scrape outside supported flows, overload systems, upload harmful files, violate marketplace rules, submit false data, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. We may suspend, restrict, throttle, or terminate access when an account creates legal, security, payment, marketplace, operational, or reputational risk.
Warranty and liability limits
TrackingInk is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, completeness, marketplace compatibility, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation. TrackingInk's total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
