Your password stays with you.
You sign in to your marketplace account on your own device, through its official login flow — the same one you'd use in any browser. TrackingInk does not ask for or store your Amazon, Apple, or Google marketplace password.

Your account stays safe.
TrackingInk is designed to use supported, user-initiated flows and to avoid unnecessary marketplace activity. If a marketplace session expires, requires verification, or blocks access, TrackingInk asks you to reconnect instead of forcing unsafe retries.

Only your numbers leave your device.
Sales, royalties, KENP page reads, ratings, reviews, payout signals, and the minimum connection data needed to run your dashboard and sync features. No personal documents, marketplace messages, banking instructions, or payout settings.

Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Data travels between your device and TrackingInk over encrypted connections. Sensitive connection material and stored publishing data are protected with access controls and encryption at rest where appropriate. Backups follow the same retention and protection rules.

You stay in control.
Disconnect any marketplace with one tap. Export your data anytime in CSV or PDF. Delete your account whenever you want — we honor erasure requests within the windows our Privacy Policy commits to.

We DO store

- • Public book information (titles, ASINs, covers, prices)
- • Your review counts, and review text on paid tiers
- • Encrypted connection material when required for supported sync flows
- • Your TrackingInk profile and plan
- • Records of when syncs succeeded or failed
We do NOT store
- • Your Amazon, Apple, or Google password
- • Two-factor codes, recovery info, or account-protection answers
- • The contents of your messages or marketplace mail
- • Tax forms, banking instructions, or payout settings
- • Anything we don't need to draw your dashboard
