How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your TrackingInk account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it: (1) in the TrackingInk mobile app, open Settings and choose "Delete account"; or (2) email contact@trackingink.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". So that we can verify the request, include your account email and, if you write from a different address, enough detail for us to confirm you own the account.
How long it takes
We verify and process verified deletion requests within 30 days, and we email you to confirm once your TrackingInk account has been deleted. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you at your account email.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted we remove your account profile and login identifiers, your connected-marketplace metadata, and the publishing data tied to your account — including imported and synced sales, royalties, KENP reads, refunds, payout records, catalog and book metadata, review counts, ratings and any stored review text, sync and import history, error logs, AI usage records and generated insights, app preferences, and saved settings.
What may be kept, and for how long
We may retain a limited set of records where the law or legitimate business needs require it: billing and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance; minimal security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs; and routine encrypted backups. Retained records are access-restricted, and personal data is deleted or rotated out of backups within 90 days, except where a longer period is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription billed by an app store. Cancel any active subscription through the provider that billed you (Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another checkout provider) so that it does not renew.
